Supporting staff of the Institute Biology Leiden
The supporting staff at the IBL consists of two divisions of people that form two highly skilled and flexible teams. Each team is dedicated to support research and teaching of scientific staff and students in the two major themes of the institute: Molecular Biosciences and Evolutionary Biosciences. Each team includes a mixture of people with advanced specializations and people with multiple fields of expertise. They can be associated for certain periods with one or more groups and complement each other in skills and duties.

The MB-supporting staff is skilled for a wide range of molecular and cellular analyses and visualization techniques as well as specialized in plant care and fungal breeding.
